Again, if you look at the fish in the photo in the link – you do not see a parosphromenus deissneri. There are some clear important markings missing, such as the pointed spear in the caudal fin.
I would be cautious about the id of these fish sold here, however its always of course interesting what it then is.
Historically it has been documented that at least two different Parosphromenus species exist on Bangka. The island has been highly redeveloped as a tourist area and much of the known breeding areas have been destroyed. It is highly doubtful that the Parosphromenus species being offered is P. deissneri.
