    There are lots of good photos of both sexes in the article species -> P.phoenicurus.
    But there are still questions open when I watch my phoenicurus.
    I never see the broad red ribbon on the fins. But very good the narrow iridescent light bluish band.
    And its again the changing of the color depending on the mood the fish is in….

    So I try with some determinations (please correct me if I am wrong):
