    Hi all,
    My name is Eddy Sloots and I am from the Netherlands and new to this forum. September last year I bought two weak parosphromenus at my local pet shop. Today they are doing fine. Can anyone tell me what species it is.

    Hi, welcome to the forum!

    This male looks a bit like my P.tweediei spec. Ruinemans… However, we are not sure which exact species mine are either. Can you find out what location they were caught at?

    Despite this first feeling that they might be related to mine, we should wait for the specialists to give their opinion…

    Although the second one is a really long thread, it is defenitely worth a read… You get quite a good idea of the problems we are facing here…

    Hello RafEg, thank you for your comment. The fish look very similar to mine. The only thing I know of my fish is that they come from Ruinemans. Without further information of the location.
