Chester Zoo, UK. For a number of years now, – since 2014,  we have established a strong relation to The Aquarium Team in Chester Zoo, UK.

Chester Zoo is maintaining at the moment  large populations of Parosphromenus paludicola, and Parosphromenus linkei. Chester Zoo also have smaller populations of a few other species. Chester Zoo is participating in our Census each time, and is involved in breeding programmes with the species they have.

We also work together with Chester Zoo on creating Husbandry Guidelines for Parosphromenus for  EAZA

We regularly have Zoom meetings with Chester Zoo, and the prospects for future cooperations are exiting and positive.
