Hi everyone!

I’m really happy about my Paro tanks so far. Yey I write tanks because I now set up a second one for the offspring. I only found 5 about 15 mm long pups that already show colored bands at the end of the fins and some great behaviour. It seems that some of them are trying to keep a small territory.

Besides this, the three others are doing very well. I already had 2 more nests since I seperated the pups and it seems to me that the larvae of the first spawning are growing without being eaten. (Maybe the more proteins in nutrition from the black mosquito larvae lead to less “baby hunting”) The hot weather of the past days has been really good for the Larvae. I find tons of them in the tank I got in my garden.

All the best Rafael
