Hi Aidan, Paro’s like black and white mosquito larvae (in Red I want to warn), daphnia, cyclops, Moina, to name a few. Even Caught lining waters with fish stocks can bring in diseases, live food servings from the market may contain substances that kill the fish. Most surely you feed your fish with even feed farmed life, such as Artemia nauplii, daphnia, cyclops, mosquito larvae from rain barrels, Grindal- or Walther worms. The basal diet of most breeders are Artemia nauplii.
