Think your right cause my tank has loads of hidingspaces 😆 and the first I saw were quite big. But never saw them afterwards again.
Those now in the separate tank, those were still small but I noticed that also stress is not good. :unsure: That’s why some didn’t survive. The last I caught was much bigger than the other 2, maybe getting more food in the nearby parents. Now I just got the eggs out and have 4 tiny youngsters again. In free swimming stage. 😉 Think this works better but the daddy didn’t like it at all. Got his breedinghole back but he went in and got out again and didn’t come in for 4 days 🙁
