First International Meeting in September 2015

Would be nice if as many participants come to the meeting. Are there any problems or questions about the conference is, I am happy to help and try to help.

It’s now happened on several occasions, the participants of Parotagung on the homepage of the conference hotel to see the all the rooms are booked. That is not so, the rooms are blocked for IGL-session and for the Paro-conference. Just send a mail to the hotel, there are still plenty of rooms available.

When I booked the room in Hotel Hamburg Blick, I used their online service, – it worked very fine. There is a text-box where text can be added, – you should add in there that you are taking part in the parosphromenus project’meeting. This is important !

So this is also an option, – or as Bernd is saying perhaps write an email to the hotel directly.

I would like to use this opportunity to ask all of you who are coming to also just send me an email on paro-conference@parosphromenus-project.org, as it helps me a lot in keeping a full picture of how many is coming and to make the plans we need.
