    All my Paros take only live food,daphniaes,bloodworms,microworms,mosquitoes larvae ,BBs; never grindal worms,.I lost some fish with grindal.

    I use also 100% reverse osmosis water for my Paros and all my small red betta for many years and never had problems even if my pH is very low about 4
