Gesellschaft für bedrohte Völker/Society for threatened peoples
The vanishing of tropical rainforest and other untouched global natural environments is drastically reducing the basis of life of many indigenous peoples. This is one of the many issues, the GfbV is facing.
The Society for threatened peoples is a non governmental human rights ornanization, having advisory status at the United Nations. It was founded in Germany but it is internationally working through group headquarters in Europe, North America and Asia.
The work of this organisation can be supported by membership, sponsoring, volunteering or donations for example.
