Parosphromenus Project Award 2014 for special achievements

At its meeting in Hamburg/Germany (September 6th 2014) the steering group of the project has decided to establish an annual award for achievements that support the aims of the project. The award is symbolic; it has no material form. It will be submitted as a digital document.
